CAFE MARDI GRAS- It provides 24 hr indoor and outdoor coffee shop offering an a la carte menu of traditional Goan, Indian and Continental cuisine, as well as a much appreciated Buffet Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
WHISPERS OF THE ORIENT- It is a air-conditioned restaurant and has elaborate wall paintings, Chinese lantern’s, wooden roof all creating an authentic oriental ambiance where guests can enjoy a wide range of Japanese, Thai or Chinese cuisine a la carte every evening.
SUN DOWNER BAR- Guests can sip a relaxing drink and watch a magical Goan sunset at the Sundowner Lounge, located at the lobby level, with a panoramic view of the Arabian Sea. The Bar is open all day and serves a selection of cocktails, wine and the traditional Goan Feni made from the sap of the palm tree. The bar also has live entertainment every evening.
FISH GRILL (OPEN SUBJECT TO WEATHER CONDITIONS)- This restaurant is on the beach and has a breathtaking view of the ocean where guests can choose from a huge selection of freshly caught fish or shellfish, all beautifully displayed, and cooked to perfection either European or Goan style. Meats and vegetarian food are also available and one of the House Specialities, the Chorizo stuffed naan, which makes a good accompaniment to the elaborate list of starters.
